Terms of Service

1. About Repursa

Repursa ("we", "us", "the service") is a content repurposing tool operated by Jan Lohmer, Carrer de Bartomeu Xamena 22, 07610 Palma, Spain. By creating an account or using Repursa, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

Repursa generates LinkedIn posts, newsletters, X threads, and blog articles from YouTube videos and podcast episodes using AI. The service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee specific output quality, tone, or accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@repursa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans and Payment

  • Free: 3 repurposes per month, no payment required.
  • Starter: $29/month, 30 repurposes per month.
  • Pro: $59/month, 200 repurposes per month.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Unused repurposes do not roll over to the next month. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Repursa to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Circumvent plan limits through automated requests or multiple accounts.
  • Resell access to the service without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate with Repursa belongs to you. You grant us no rights over your inputs or outputs. We retain ownership of the Repursa platform, brand, and underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repursa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
